Yes! You have two options to submit your application for a Florida Sales Associate License:

✅ Florida Real Estate License Requirements
To qualify for a real estate license in Florida, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have a high school diploma or GED

Possess a valid Social Security number

Submit your state application through the Florida DBPR

Complete an approved 63-hour pre-licensing course

Pass your course final exam

Schedule and pass the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate State Exam

🔁 Florida Real Estate License Reciprocity
Florida has mutual recognition agreements with the following 10 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, Rhode Island, and West Virginia.

You must not be a Florida resident at the time of application

You must pass the Florida Real Estate Law Exam at a Pearson VUE testing center

If you’ve worked as a sales associate or broker for at least 2 of the last 5 years (and are not from a reciprocity state), you may be eligible to apply for a Florida broker’s license.
This requires completing a 72-hour Florida broker pre-license course and passing the 100-question broker state exam.
